1 – Healing
Alone, sometimes, is the medicine the heart will silently recommend. Out of the clatter and demands We take our wounds to breathe, And spirit to rest. We sew in loneliness, we nourish to come up.
2 – Strength
Not to depend on anybody is not a sign of moral inadequacy it is a sign of internal strength. It is when we are forced to live without being surrounded by regular people all the time that we find out just how strong we are. The resilience training ground is solitude.
3 – Clarity
Noise tends to blind our eyes to the world. But when there is a pause, our minds form themselves like stars in the sky. Solitude provides us with the ability to understand ourselves and where we are headed.
4 – Peace
Peace is very uncommon in multitudes. It flowers during silent times when we are alone, relaxed, undress, and unharried. Loneliness is the amiable cue that we already have calmness.
5 – Self-Love
We know how to love ourselves when we spend time with ourselves. We no longer pursue validation by those around us and we start to understand that we are okay and are what we are. Loneliness turns out to be the looking-glass of our value.
6 – Growth
Solitude is a silent teacher. It helps us think, speak truthfully and develop silently. When we are alone, we sow the seeds of wisdom that in the future are brought to bear in our actions and choices.
7 – Freedom
With alone-ness, we no longer have the burden of opinions of other people. It gives us free time to do whatever we like, at our own speed, in our own direction, and without any pressure. Loneliness is not a prison loneliness is a gate to liberty.
